Inherent to our humanity is a drive for adventure. But when we feel lost or closed off, both inward and outward exploration can be daunting—if not outright impossible.
My practice supports adults who are stuck — stuck in depression, anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, or repeating unhelpful relationship patterns — to get on a path of adventure and discovery with a renewed sense of self, confidence, and energy.
I offer psychotherapy treatment for depression, anxiety, perfectionism and people pleasing, life transitions, and relationships, based in the heart of Austin.
